Terms of Service
1. The service
VOID EQUITY (the "Service") publishes research, trade documentation, signals, and performance records produced by an automated trading system. Membership grants access to published content on this site and in the members' Discord server. The Service is informational and educational. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage.
2. Accounts and access
Access is tied to the email address or phone number on your subscription. Login is passwordless via one-time codes. You are responsible for keeping your contact methods secure. Sharing access or redistributing members-only content is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from your Stripe receipt link; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.
4. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. VOID EQUITY is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Published results are actual results of a single account and are unaudited. Past performance is not indicative of future results. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full statement.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including signals, theses, reports, and the ledger, is the property of VOID EQUITY. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to view it. Automated scraping or republication is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID EQUITY is not liable for any losses, trading or otherwise, arising from use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is cancellation.
7. Changes
