Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
To operate the membership service we collect the email address and phone number you provide at checkout or login, your subscription status, and standard technical logs (IP address, user agent) from requests to this site. We do not collect brokerage credentials or portfolio data.
2. How we use it
Contact details are used to deliver one-time login codes (via email and SMS), grant Discord roles, and send service messages about your subscription. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe, which holds your billing details; we never see full card numbers. Email delivery uses Resend, SMS uses OpenPhone, hosting is on Vercel, and the members' community runs on Discord. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.
4. Retention and deletion
Subscription records are retained while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting. To request deletion of your personal data, email desk@voidequity.com from the address on your subscription.
5. Cookies
The site sets only functional cookies: a session cookie after login and a short-lived cookie during code verification. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
